So... I never was really into tattoos until I was around the age of 18/19. I never had much interest in it and I never really liked needles. It wasn't until one day when I was scrolling through Instagram that I came across an account full of hundreds of tattoo ideas. I probably looked through the page for just under an hour and saw so many creative and amazing tattoo designs.

There was one in particular that caught my eye...

The idea i chose and the finished product

I really liked this idea, It was quite simple but I've always loved flowers and floral ideas. I liked the idea of the birds flying off of the tattoo too as I really think this expresses freedom.

I am still thinking of way to incorporate things into this tattoo, maybe a touch of colour...

So that was my first, now my second was something I've always wanted and something that I find so important. Back in October last year, I went to the tattoo shop to get a quote on a small "family" tattoo. I ended coming back out that tattoo shop half hour later with the tattoo inked on my left wrist. I loved it!

Second Tattoo "family"

My third tattoo idea was also from an idea/tattoo that I had seen online. I generally thought that my second tattoo would have been my last... but I understand when people say tattoos are addictive!

I didn't go out my way to find a new idea... it was almost like it came to me ;)

This idea was once again covered in flowers but In the shape of a butterfly, I just had to find somewhere big enough to put it. The design I saw was tattooed onto the back of someone but I wasn't sure I wanted it on my back, preferred it somewhere more like on my bicep. I got a rough idea that it wasn't going to fit on my small bicep so looked like my back was my only option.

Original idea, My finished tattoo!

My forth tattoo was designed kind of like a dreamcatcher, just slightly different. Once again flowers were incorporated into the design, feathers and now colours into this tattoo. This tattoo was inked onto the inside of my bicep.

All finished!

Last but not least....

This tattoo is my final one... for now anyway. This tattoo is only something small and simple. It is the logo for an album by Bring Me The Horizon. My boyfriend also got matching.

Big thank you to Gypsy Rose Tattoo/ SkinFlix located in Maidstone, Kent for the first 4 tattoos and Inksin located in Tunbridge Wells, Kent for the umbrella tattoo.
